Nurse Navigator: Here to Guide You Through the Process

We know that simply thinking about joint replacement can be overwhelming. But you can find comfort in knowing that you're not alone in this journey. Beginning several weeks before your surgery, to post-surgical care, rehabilitation, recovery and months after your surgery, your orthopedic nurse navigator will be there to assure that you get back to living life to the fullest.

Your navigator is there to answer questions, help schedule additional appointments, connect you with other specialists, keep you informed and guide you through the next steps of the process, and to provide support along the way.
