Counseling that Fits Your Needs and Life

Services include:

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers many benefits and is a primary focus of our approach. Our groups are intentionally small to ensure adequate support and an intimate, safe environment for sharing and healing. All groups are led by a licensed professional. More than 40 groups are available for a wide range of issues, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety and addiction. Our therapists can help you find the group that best fits your needs.

We offer individual, group, family and couples therapy, as well as counseling and medication management for depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and other issues.
