How to Prepare

Taking the time to do a few simply tasks before your visit can aid in getting you back to feeling your best much faster.

We encourage all patients to make a list of questions and outline their symptoms and bring that list with them to their appointment. It's also beneficial to jot down all the medications you're taking and any surgical procedures you've undergone in the past.

If your issue is directly related to walking and/or exercising it is beneficial to bring the shoes you wear with you.

What to Expect

During your visit is the time to go over your list of questions and go over your symptoms. Your doctor will perform an exam on the problem area. More tests may be needed to diagnose your condition.

A treatment plan, fully taking into account your input and goals, will be planned out.
