Meet Your Sleep Expert

Toshita Kumar, MD

Dr. Kumar is board-certified in pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine. She received her medical degree (MBBS) from Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi, India and completed an internal medicine residency at North Shore University in Manhasset, NY.

Dr. Kumar completed fellowship training in both pulmonary and critical care medicine at North Shore Hofstra Long Island Jewish University Hospital, and fellowship training in sleep medicine at Hahnemann University in Pennsylvania. She is a member of many professional organizations, including the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Thoracic Society.
