A registered dietitian is an expert in nutrition and disease who can teach you how to tailor your eating habits to improve your medical condition. A dietitian offers nutrition counseling which may be beneficial for people with the following health concerns: heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease, digestive disorders, pregnancy or food allergies/intolerances.

How can I work with a Registered Dietitian?


If you’re interested in nutrition counseling, ask your physician to be referred to our dietitian. The referral should be faxed to centralized scheduling at (860) 585-3743. You should receive a call from Centralized Scheduling (860) 585-3020 to book your first appointment within a week.
