About Me
Dr. Kumar brings comprehensive pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine care to the Bristol Health community. She is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease and is board-eligible in critical care medicine and sleep medicine. Dr. Kumar completed her internal medicine training at East Carolina University, pulmonary/critical care fellowship at Cook County Health in Chicago and then went on to complete a sleep medicine fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. In addition to treating patients, she has contributed to clinical research with numerous published articles. She is a member of several professional societies including the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Academy of sleep medicine.
