Dr. Watson was a very good listener and conducted a thorough examination. He explained all of the potential options in great detail but in language we could understand. He answered all of our follow-up questions in a very professional way. He even called the next day To give us more information on some follow up, he had done. I think that he went considerably above, and beyond what would be expected of a medical provider, and I appreciate it very much all of this, as efforts and explanations, and the options which he set forth.
