About Me
Kat Becker-St Germain is a licensed clinical social worker supporting the palliative care and geriatric teams. She specializes in end of life care, goals of care discussions, caregiver support and resources, dementia education and long range planning. Kat meets with patients and their families in the geriatric center and supports them through the dementia progression. Kat earned her BS and MSW at UCONN and brings diverse work experiences to Bristol Health. In her free time, she enjoys playing piano, being outdoors, walking, hiking and exploring nature.
