With the heightened concern regarding the Coronavirus, Bristol Health is actively preparing to treat patients who may become infected with COVID-19 and to provide tips and education on prevention. We are actively working with local and state Public Health Departments and other key organizations to prepare in case the virus affects local communities.

Addressing Our Community’s Needs

Recently, we led a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment to evaluate the needs of all those living in and around Bristol. The purpose of the assessment was to gather information regarding not just health needs, but health behaviors as well. The assessment examined a variety of indicators, including alcohol and tobacco use, chronic health conditions like diabetes and heart disease, and assess to care.
