Coronavirus: Enhanced Visitor Restrictions

If you have an upcoming appointment, please follow our enhanced visitor restrictions:
  • Please do not bring other individuals with you to your appointment.  If you need assistance getting to your appointment, please limit support to one adult. Children should remain at home with a responsible caregiver. In keeping with social distancing recommendations, we are taking these measures to reduce risk of exposure.                                     
  • Contact your provider by phone if you have flu-like symptoms or feel sick. Please do not come to the office unless you are instructed to do so. Flu-like symptoms include fever, body aches, sore throat, runny nose and cough. We are conducting phone screenings or virtual (telehealth) visits for our primary care patients. 
  • If you have recently traveled to a high-risk area or been in contact with someone suspected of having Coronavirus,  contact your provider by phone for advice. Please do not come to the office unless you are instructed to do so.
  • We have removed as many avenues for cross-contamination as possible. Water dispensers, magazines, giveaways, toys, books, and the self-check-in screen will be suspended till further notice.
