This evening class provides information on reasons to breastfeed
This program is for future siblings between the ages of 3-11. Basic baby care, play activities, a tour and video are included. Children can bring a doll or their favorite stuffed animal.

This workshop discusses the importance of self-esteem and how parents can foster positive self-worth in their child.
The Child Development and Discipline Series will discuss why it is important to stay in touch with your elementary school age child’s thoughts and feelings, and teach positive parenting techniques that encourage children to talk, as well as to listen.
In this interactive workshop, parents and kids together will have the opportunity to try some healthy after-school.
Our Play and Learn group helps families meet other parents and children age 5 or younger and offers early learning activities.
We will discuss teaching children to think before they act (responsibility), accept accountability for their mistakes, and to work together with other people (cooperation).
