About Me
Dr. Toto is a board-certified and fellowship-trained plastic surgeon, specializing in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the breasts and abdomen, including the removal of extra skin which occurs after weight loss surgery. She earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed her residency at Temple University Hospital and her fellowship at Regions Hospital at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Toto is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

I will never go to another Surgeon. Dr Toto is simply wonderful. I do not do well with medical issues. She makes me feel so relaxed and never had a moment of discomfort, even with a needle. I have already recommended her.
