Rehabilitation through the activities of everyday life.
Our occupational therapists work in a variety of settings, each focused on enabling individuals with physical, sensory or cognitive disabilities of all ages the ability to complete daily activities. Our evidence-based approach focuses on all aspects of you, helping to regain, develop, improve and maintain the skills needed to handle the tasks that are important to you.
Our occupational therapists focus on "what matters to you," not what's the matter with you." In other words, we'll help you be able to participate, or get back to participating, in the things that matter to you through the use of everyday activities. Some of our most common conditions that would benefit from occupational therapy include:
From arthritis to fractures and dislocations, individualized treatment will prevent further injury and chronic problems.
Guided by your individual goals and your physicians remarks, a rehabilitation plan is derived to get you back to participating in your daily routines.
Low vision is the term used to refer to permanent functional vision loss that cannot be corrected by medication, surgery or glasses.
