Submit Your Sponsorship Request

Bristol Health is committed to supporting our community, the non-profit organizations within it and the programs that aid in the health and well-being of our residents.

We receive many requests for financial sponsorships. While we would love to provide sponsorships to all who seek it out, our goal is to offer our support to the requests that most closely align with our core mission and values as well as programs, events and initiatives that align with the identified health needs within our community. Eligibility for sponsorship is based on the following criteria.  

You are eligible if you are:

• Recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization or have a fiscal sponsor that is tax exempt certified, and
• Located in or provides services in the immediate communities we serve.

Not Eligible:

• Capital campaigns
• Endowments
• Labor and political organizations
• Individuals
• Lobbying groups

All requests will be reviewed by our Community Sponsorship Committee. If approved, you will be notified via email or phone call.
