How to Sign Up

There are two easy ways to sign up for access to the Bristol Hospital Patient Health Portal:
 
1. During your registration process at the hospital by providing your photo ID and a valid personal email address.
 
OR
 
2. Present your photo ID and a valid personal email address to staff in the Health Information Management Department. Please call 860.585.3414 for more information.

Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email containing an invitation to log in to the Portal. Please note, you will also need your medical record number to login, found on your authorization form, discharge instructions or hospital ID bracelet (M#########).

Once you have logged in to the portal, you will be able to:

• Access online resources
• View your Health Record
• View discharge instructions
• Pay your Bristol Hospital bill online

How to Sign Up

New Patients:

Ask our staff to Web Enable your account. Once Web Enabled, you will receive an email notification with your username and link to create your password."

Established Patients:

To access from your computer: 
https://health.healow.com/bhmsg

To access on your mobile phone or tablet:
Go to the App store and download HEALOW

Once you have logged into the portal you will be able to:

• Request appointments (for non-urgent issues) 
• Request prescription refills
• View medical records (PHR)
• Receive educational material
• View current and past statements
• Send messages to clinical staff
• Receive health maintenance reminders
• Pay bills online
